1. How to find an item?
The quickest way to find an item is to type the name required in the search box on the right hand side of the page. or Click ´STOCK LISTING¡ This will show a list of flowers starting with the letter A Click any letter on the alphabet above to find the item you require. You can also click advanced search and type in the name of the item you are looking for. Searches for items can also be carried out by colour If your looking for sundries or plants then click ´BY CATEGORY¡ and choose the category from the drop down menu.

2. How to add an item into the shopping basket?
Once you have selected the item you require you need to fill in the quantity required and if the item is not in stock then fill in the maximum price you would pay on the auction. Press ´ADD¡ and it will update your shopping basket If you want to change the quantity simply remove the item from the basket and re-order with the new quantity

3. How to remove the items from the shopping basket?
You can remove any item from the basket by first clicking on the icon on the right hand side of the page and then click .

4. How to empty the basket?
Just click on the button, you will find it in your order screen.

5. How to check your previous orders?
Simply click on "MY ACCOUNT" and your purchase history will be shown, click on the order you wish to view..

7.How to become a member ?
Click "LOG ON" on the navigation bar and complete the form as requested.

8.Why do I need a Username and Password?
So that you can view your previous orders and to ensure that only Flowerexperts members can order.

9. How is my order delivered?
Orders over 2kg will be sent via TNT or ANC, all orders under 2kg will be sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery.

10. Is delivery included in the product price?
No, delivery is charged extra and the cost is 7.50

11. Packaging
All orders are wrapped in corrugated cardboard to protect the heads, then packed in a box with shredded paper as packing and an ice pack to maintain the cool temperature. The flowers are secured to the box using plastic tags and rubber bands. This type of packaging ensures that your order remains intact and in top condition throughout its journey.
