Flower Experts endeavours to complete your order accurately. Due to daily changes in the market we reserve the right to substitute goods with the closest alternative. If no alternative is available Flower Experts reserve the right to cancel any item.
Flower Experts do not accept responsibility for courier services. Problems that arise with a delivery must be taken up with the carrier concerned. Refunds will not be given in the event of courier error. Contact details are listed of all the courier companies we use. Flower Experts obtain proof of dispatch on all orders.
Flower Experts will not dispatch goods unless full payment has been made. Only Credit/Debit cards are accepted.
In the case of the customer not being satisfied with the condition of the goods Flower Experts will make all effort to resolve the issue via phone/email. If this is not possible Flower Experts reserve the right ask the customer to return the goods to the Flower Experts warehouse at the customers expense. In such a case refunds will not be issued until Flower Experts have received the returned goods.
Non perishable items (florist sundries) will be fully refunded if returned within 7 days at the customers expense. These items must be unused and unopened.
Any claim for damaged goods must be made within 24 hours of the customer receiving the goods.
Prices given in advance for special orders are estimates only and are no guarantee of the final price.
Flower Experts accept no responsibility for any loss of earnings or competition placings due to flowers not arriving on time or being damaged on arrival.
